Transport and Forwarding Law

Thanks to our experience in the field of transport and forwarding law regulations, the strategic customers of Our Chamber are the companies concerned with country and international transport of goods as well as the firms broking in the transport of goods that is forwarding. Thanks to the specialization in the field of road and transit law Our Chambers conduct all kinds of legal cases connected with transport activities in a wide meaning of this term. Among our Customers there are companies from Silesia Voivodeship (e.g. Gliwice, Siemianowice Śląskie, Tychy, Bielsko-Biała, Cieszyn), Lesser Poland Voivodeship (e.g. Kraków, Bochnia, Brzeszcze, Nowy Sącz), that own from 3 to 97 sets. These companies are occupied with regular transport ( tarpaulins) as well as tank trucks, ADR, ATP, non-normative and multimodal transport and also light transport up to 3.5T. Among purely forwarding companies, we provide services to the enterprises acting not only on west market ( UE ) ,but also the east one (Ukraine, Russia) and the south one, that is Turkey or Croatia.

Due to the international character of transport and forwarding services, Our Chambers provides services in the scope of debt collection beyond the boundaries of RP, e.g. via European Executive Title which is a very efficient which at sound price realizes the objectives of legal vindication of financial claims. The result of ETE is the same as in case of conducting a court case abroad e.g. in Italy, Spain or Romania, and the cost of such procedure is many times lower. In December 2008 a new , very convenient for carriers European enactment will be implemented, that is European payment order, which is going to make vindication beyond the boundaries of Poland even easier.
